Terms and Conditions for Plena Project E-Shop

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Plena Project E-Shop ("the E-Shop") operated by Plena Project ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the E-Shop and its products and services. By accessing or using the E-Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the E-Shop.

1. General Terms
1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the E-Shop.
1.2. Account Registration: You may be required to create an account to access certain features or purchase products/services from the E-Shop. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and when making any purchases from the E-Shop.

2. Products and Services
2.1. Free Quiz: The E-Shop offers a free quiz to determine your leadership style. By participating in the quiz, you acknowledge that the results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
2.2. Workbook: The E-Shop offers a workbook with communication tips and tricks. The workbook is intended to provide general guidance and suggestions and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice.
2.3. Advise Sessions: The E-Shop provides advisory sessions that combine leadership style determination and communication tips. The sessions are conducted by qualified professionals. The advice provided is based on the information provided by you, and it is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information.
2.4. Brainery Subscription: The E-Shop offers a monthly subscription to a meeting called "Brainery." The subscription grants access to exclusive content and resources related to leadership and communication. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the cancellation terms outlined in Section 3.4.
2.5. Prerecorded Yoga Sessions: The E-Shop offers prerecorded yoga sessions specifically designed for leaders. These sessions are for informational purposes and should not replace professional medical advice or guidance. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any physical activity.

3. Payments and Refunds
3.1. Pricing: The prices for products and services offered on the E-Shop are displayed in Euros and are subject to change without notice. All applicable taxes are included in the prices unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Payment: Payment for products and services can be made using the payment methods specified on the E-Shop. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
3.3. Refunds: Refunds are subject to the specific refund policy provided for each product or service. Please refer to the refund policy outlined on the E-Shop for more information.
3.4. Subscription Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your Brainery subscription, you must do so before your next billing cycle. Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle will result in automatic renewal and subsequent charges. No refunds will be provided for subscription fees already billed.

4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership: All content, materials, and intellectual property on the E-Shop, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Plena Project or its licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from the E-Shop without our prior written consent.
4.2. Trademarks: "Plena Project" and any associated logos or trademarks displayed on the E-Shop are the property of Plena Project. You are prohibited from using these trademarks without our prior written consent.
4.3. User Content: By submitting or uploading any content to the E-Shop, such as reviews, comments, or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content for promotional and marketing purposes.

5. Privacy and Data Protection
